Shipping Policy and Details:

Delivery Times

Shipping within QLD is estimated to take 2 to 5 business days. 

Shipping to NSW, VIC, SA, ACT, WA is estimated to take 2 to 10 business days.

Shipping to Tasmania is estimated to take 10 to 12 business days. 

T Gear does not ship internationally.

 

Gaming PC's:

Any shipped PC that is faulty within the first One year of receiving it will receive free shipping to and back from the shop for repairs.

Other Shipping Policies:

Customers are responsible for all freight charges for redeliveries, refused shipments/incorrect delivery details.

Customers are responsible to be available for delivery and to sign and accept the goods, redelivery attempts will be charged to customer if delivery address is unattended. If Australia Post incorrectly deliveries a parcel it is the customers responsibility to dispute with Australia Post. Customers are welcome to use alternative shipping methods upon request.
